Who is eligible for FREE Shipping?

FREE ground shipping applies to customer deliveries in the lower 48 U.S states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we cannot offer FREE ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

Which products qualify for the free shipping?

All products, a total purchase of $300.00 or more qualify for the free shippng.

What shipping method is used for the free ground shipping?

The Ground shipping method is chosen at our discretion, but we typically ship via UPS.

When will my order ship?

Items, "normally" ship the same business day if your order was placed before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

When will I get tracking information?

Once your item(s) ships you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order, we use the same email provided when you ordered. Note; all PayPal customers will recieve their tracking information via email from PayPal.

Will this promotion run indefinitely?

We will evaluate the timing of the promotion, and communicate any changes at that point.

Why aren't you offering free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii?

While we try to make shopping with us a very cost effective experience, the costs to ship outside the lower 48 is very expensive. To keep prices low for everyone, we are forced to charge for shipping to these locations. We will continue to look for options that allow us to include our friends in Alaska and Hawaii.
